Return window

You can request a return within [return window in days] days of delivery.

Condition

Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging with all accessories. Recording glasses that show signs of wear may be refused or refunded in part.

How to start a return

1. Email [support email] with your order number.
2. We will send return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Bundle orders

If you return one item from a glasses + ring order, the 5% bundle discount may be adjusted to reflect the item you keep.

Damaged or wrong items
